Returns & Replacements
We will accept returns on unworn, unused, brand new items. If for any reason you need to return your purchase please contact us directly via email with your order number, date of purchase and contact information. Breifly explain why you wish to return the purchased item and we will send you a RMA number which is needed for the return. Buyers are responsible for return registered insured shipping to Flopstore warehouse. If the package is not received or received damaged then the buyer needs to file for the insurance claim. We will only accept brand new returns. This INCLUDES the box that the items was shipped in.(if any) If your order needs to be replaced due to a manufacture defect we will arrnage for the item to be picked up and the replacement sent out. We take pictures of each items that is sent out for quality control. If the items returned is not the exact same item the refund will not be accepted and the buyer will need to pay for the return shipping.
Flopstore accepts return up to 30 day after the order has been placed.
